Shipping policy

Versek exercises maximum diligence in processing and approving orders and will endeavor to deliver your order to your delivery address in accordance with the selected delivery option.


Before placing your order, you will be informed of the expected delivery details.
Versek has a shipping time of 3 to 10 business days, however, it will endeavor to ship orders in the shortest possible time and in the order in which they are placed. The shipping time will be indicated during the purchase process on the website as well.


Although our goal is to deliver within the communicated time frame, delivery may take longer due to unexpected events. If your online order does not arrive by the estimated delivery date, please contact Versek Customer Service by phone at (645) 4006 080, by call or chat and we will assist you. Purchases that have not been able to be delivered until the second attempt (due to fault attributable to the consumer, for example: not being at the place of delivery on the day and time range) will be considered as withdrawal of the order.

 

The prices shown on www.versekllc.com include the general sales tax, but do not include shipping costs. The shipping cost will be added to the shopping cart once you indicate the delivery area.


Prices on the website www.versekllc.com and on Instagram may vary. Versek reserves the right to modify product prices, until before the order is placed and payment is processed.


The cost of shipping will depend on the location and weight of the delivery. The cost of each shipping method is clearly indicated during the payment process. If we cannot deliver your order in its entirety and we have to make more than one delivery, there will be no additional charge for subsequent deliveries.
